These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Verity Craft mobile application and related website pages (together, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Verity Craft is a block-world survival horror game for iOS. The Service includes gameplay, local settings, optional advertisements, and support pages such as this website.

2. Not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB / Microsoft. Verity Craft is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Mojang, Microsoft, or any of their partners.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding agreement under the laws of your region. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

4. License to use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store where you obtained it.

5. Gameplay and content

• Features, difficulty, ads, and availability may change without notice.
• Local progress and records are stored on your device unless we introduce cloud features in a future update.
• You are responsible for your conduct while using the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The App’s branding, design, code, audio, and original materials are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party intellectual property to you.

7. Advertising

The Service may include advertisements through Google AdMob. Interaction with ads is subject to the advertiser’s and ad network’s terms in addition to these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or interfere with the App except where allowed by law.
• Attempt to disrupt servers, hosting, or other users.
• Misrepresent the App as an official Mojang or Microsoft product.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY DEVICE OR iOS VERSION.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ZERO IF THE APP WAS FREE).

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or stop offering the Service at any time. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. Provisions that should survive termination (including disclaimers and liability limits) will survive.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your primary place of business or residence for the App publisher, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
