This Privacy Policy describes how SwipeHelperAI ("we," "our," or "the app") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application and related services.
1. Information we collect
Photos and images you upload. When you use the photo generation features, you upload photos (e.g., selfies or reference images). These are sent to our servers and to our AI image providers to generate your requested images.
Conversation text (Rizz Help). When you use the Rizz Help feature, you may type or paste conversation text and context into the app. This text is sent to our servers and to our AI text providers to generate dating and conversation advice.
Device identifiers. We collect your device's Identifier for Vendor (IDFV), which is a device-level identifier provided by Apple. We use this to provide one-time free credits and to prevent abuse (for example, preventing the same device from repeatedly claiming free credits).
Device and usage data. We may collect device type, operating system, app version, and usage data (e.g., feature use, errors) to operate and improve the app.
Purchase and account data. If you subscribe or buy credits, Apple processes the payment. We receive information necessary to provide your subscription or credits (e.g., product ID, renewal status). We do not receive your full payment card details.
2. How we use your information
- To provide AI photo generation (including sending your photos and prompts to our AI image providers).
- To provide Rizz Help and dating conversation advice (including sending your conversation text to our AI text providers).
- To manage your account, credits, and subscriptions, including determining eligibility for one-time free credits using your device IDFV.
- To improve the app, fix bugs, and analyze usage.
- To communicate with you (e.g., support, important notices) when you contact us.
3. AI image generation and fal.ai
To generate your dating profile photos, we use third-party AI services. Specifically, we use fal.ai (fal.ai, "fal") to process your uploaded images and text prompts. When you request a generated photo:
- Your photo(s) and prompt are sent to our servers and then to fal.ai's systems.
- fal.ai uses their technology (including FLUX-based models) to create the generated image.
- Processing is performed to fulfill your request and is subject to fal.ai's own privacy and data processing terms.

4. AI text advice and Fireworks AI
To provide Rizz Help and dating conversation advice, we use third-party AI text services. Specifically, we use Fireworks AI to process the conversation text you provide. When you request Rizz Help:
- Your conversation text and any related context you submit are sent to our servers and then to Fireworks AI's systems.
- Fireworks AI uses their models to generate advice and suggested replies.
- Processing is performed to fulfill your request and is subject to Fireworks AI's own privacy and data processing terms.
5. Data retention
We retain your data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, and resolve disputes:
- Uploaded photos, reference images, and prompts may be stored temporarily on our or our providers' systems to complete generation and allow you to access recent results. We do not retain them longer than necessary for operation and security.
- Conversation text for Rizz Help is retained only as long as needed to generate and return advice and to maintain minimal logs for security and troubleshooting.
- Device identifiers (IDFV) are retained as long as needed to enforce one-time free credit eligibility and prevent abuse of our free-credit and subscription systems.
6. Sharing and disclosure
We may share data with:
- fal.ai – to perform AI image generation (see Section 3).
- Fireworks AI – to perform AI text advice for Rizz Help (see Section 4).
- Apple – for in-app purchases and subscription management.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers – that process data on our behalf to run the app and API.
- Legal and safety – when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
We do not sell your personal information or use your photos, conversation text, or device identifiers for advertising or tracking.
7. Your choices and rights
You can stop using the app at any time. You may have rights (e.g., access, correction, deletion) depending on your location. To exercise them or ask questions about your data, contact us at the email below.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The app is not intended for users under 13 (or higher age where required). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
